After a governor issues an executive order to arrest the children of undocumented immigrants, the detained youths are given an option to have their charges dropped by volunteering to care for the elderly. Once inside the senior care facility, the volunteers uncover a horrifyingly depraved conspiracy orchestrated by the governor and the facility's supervisor.
