Cocó, an eight-year-old, doesn’t fit into the expectations of others and doesn’t understand why. Everyone around her insists on calling her Aitor, but she doesn’t identify with that name or with how others see her.

Her mother, Ane (Patricia López Arnaiz), caught in a professional and emotional crisis, takes the opportunity to travel with her three children to her childhood home for the holidays. There, they reunite with Ane’s mother, Lita (Itziar Lazkano), and her aunt Lourdes (Ane Gabarain), who is deeply connected to beekeeping and honey production.

This summer, which will change their lives, forces these three women from very different generations to confront their doubts and fears. Above all, it compels Ane to finally be honest with herself.
